It is important for agents to incorporate the Internet into their operations.
By using the internet in their transactions, property brokers will be able to add great value to their clients. This 3-hour course entitled ‘Using the Internet to Serve Clients’ introduces students to the world of internet.
The modules under this course are designed to help learners understand how the internet can be used in real estate purchase and sale transactions. Students are exposed to practical examples, to help them become better acquainted with the theories and principles learned. Students are also introduced to various real estate software and tools that they can find online.
Email etiquette and online communication is another integral aspect of the course. Students are given multiple writing exercises to hone their email writing skill.
